For patients who need full arch fixed restoration with maximum comfort and best function, the full arch fixed implant bridge is THE treatment option. Using this highly specialized technique, the whole arch of teeth can be successfully restored with as few as four or six dental implants.

An All-on-Four or all-on-Six treatment typically consists of:

• The placement of four to six dental implants in the upper or lower jaw, with the back implant tilted backwards

• Attachment of straight and/or angled multi-unit abutments for best implant alignment

• A durable, natural-looking full zirconia bridge that are fixed to these abutments/implants using screws

Benefits of All-on-Four or All-on-Six

It is less strict on patients' oral condition. With posterior implants tilted backwards, sinus and nerves can be avoided. Patients with a low sinus floor and severely absorbed lower alveolar ridge can go through this treatment  successfully without need of sinus lift and/or bone graft.

 

By tilting the posterior implants, longer implants (compared to traditional implant surgery) can be used, which provide more contact/fusing surface with the bone for higher initial stability.

Less implants are needed compared to the traditional full arch implant option, which make this treatment plan much more affordable than the traditional full arch implant option.
