We accept most PPO!

 

To provide the best dental care at the most affordable cost, we have contracted with numerous nation-wide dental insurance! We accept most dental PPO plans and are "in-network" providers for all the major ones. Our participation allows you to receive substantial savings on your dental treatment through your plan. Please call out office about your plan.

 

On your first visit, please bring your insurance information with you. We may ask you to confirm this information at subsequent visits so we can remain up-to-date and fully informed to serve you.

 

• Copay & Co-Insurance

       The portion of your treatment cost that will not be covered by your insurance will be estimated by insurance pre-determination as well as by our dental software. When you check out at the end of an appointment, you will be expected to pay your estimated copay & co-insurance cost for that day's treatment.

 

• Filing Claims

     As a courtesy to you, we file all claim forms electronically, provide postage for special claims, and track claims for you. If there is an additional amount due from you after insurance benefits have been credited, you will be responsible for the balance still owing on your account.

 

No Insurance?

At Spring Premier Dental, we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. We partnered with CareCredit and LendingClub to offer our patients 6, 12, or 18 months Interest-free payment plans. We also have in-house discount plans (Premier Dental Care Plan) for our fee-for-service patients which gives you the opportunity to receive substantial savings on your dental care needs.

 

DMO/DHMO Plans

At this time we are not participating with Dental Managed Organizations (DMO or HMO), however we offer competitive pricing and in-house discount plans (Premier Dental Care Plan) that will provide our patients with substantial savings on all dentist visits. Please contact us for more details!
